How do you order a secret menu item?

Describe the build, not the nickname. Registers have no CurderBurger button, so order The Original ButterBurger plus a side of Wisconsin Cheese Curds and stack them. The Chick-fil-A Root Beer Float works the same way: order an Icedream Cup and a medium soft drink, then combine the two.
